OUR LEGAL SERVICES
We provide legal services around the Kingdom of Thailand. Our legal services include:
เราให้บริการทางด้านกฎหมายต่าง ๆ ทั่วประเทศไทย การบริการทางกฎหมายของเรา คือ
1. Corporate Matters
We advise and represent clients on establishing a company or a public company, corporate issues, financial matter, drafting agreements or legal documents, investment in Thailand, leasing, banking and finance, etc.
We are prepared to offer:
(i) To charge monthly for our legal advice with a limited amount of time for advice to be agreed upon.
(ii) To charge for each piece of legal advice.
1. งานทางด้านบริษัทและธุรกิจต่าง ๆ
เราให้คำแนะนำและเป็นทนายให้กับลูกความในการก่อตั้งบริษัทจำกัด หรือ บริษัทมหาชน, ประเด็นทางด้านบริษัทและธุรกิจต่าง ๆ , ด้านการเงิน, ช่วยร่างนิติกรรมสัญญา หรือ เอกสารด้านกฎหมายต่าง ๆ , การลงทุนในประเทศไทย, การเช่าซื้อ, การธนาคารและการเงิน, และ อื่น ๆ
เราพร้อมที่จะให้ข้อเสนอดังนี้
(i) คิดค่าบริการทางกฎหมายสำหรับการให้คำแนะนำทางกฎหมายเป็นรายเดือน ด้วยระยะเวลาการให้คำนแนะนำตามระยะเวลาที่จะตกลงกับลูกความอีกที
(ii) คิดค่าบริการทางกฎหมายสำหรับการให้คำแนะนำทางกฎหมายเป็นรายชิ้น ๆ ไป
2. Dispute Resolution
(i) Litigation: We do advise on all kinds of litigation:
(a) Civil litigation: We advise on and represent clients in civil litigation involving commercial, construction, shareholders’ disputes, insurance, labor, intellectual property, business rehabilitation, bankruptcy, etc.
(b) Criminal litigation: We advise on and represent clients in all kinds of criminal litigation, money laundering, including shareholder disputes.
(ii) Arbitration
We advise on and represent clients in arbitrations regarding commercial / business disputes, construction, insurance, telecommunications, etc.
(iii) Arbitrator
NOTE: Our Chatchai Inthasuwan is an experienced arbitrator happy to be appointed in any arbitrational case. He is officially on the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI), Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC), and Vietnam Traders Arbitration Centre (VTA) panels of arbitrators.

(i) งานคดีความเกี่ยวข้องกับศาล
(a) คดีแพ่ง: เราจะให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำ และ เป็นทนายให้กับลูกความทางด้านคดีแพ่งที่เกี่ยวข้องทางด้านธุรกิจ, การก่อสร้าง, ข้อพิพาทระหว่างผู้ถือหุ้น, การประกันภัย, แรงงาน, เรื่องทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา, การฟื้นฟูกิจการ, ล้มละลาย และ อื่น ๆ
(b) คดีอาญา: เราจะให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำ และ เป็นทนายให้กับลูกความในคดีความทางอาญาในทุกลักษณะ, คดีฟอกเงิน รวมตลอดถึง ข้อพิพาทระหว่างผู้ถือหุ้นต่าง ๆ เป็นต้น
(ii) การอนุญาโตตุลาการ
เราให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำ และ เป็นทนายให้กับลูกความเกี่ยวกับการอนุญาโตตุลาการที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับข้อพิพาททางธุรกิจการค้า, เราให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำ และ เป็นทนายให้กับลูกความเกี่ยวกับการอนุญาโตตุลาการที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับข้อพิพาททางธุรกิจการค้า,
(iii) อนุญาโตตุลาการ
หมายเหตุ: คุณฉัตรชัย อินทสุวรรณ เป็นอนุญาโตตุลาการที่มีประสบการณ์ มีความยินดีที่จะมีฝ่ายใดแต่งตั้ง ให้เป็นอนุญาโตตุลาการในคดีอนุญาโตตุลาการใด คุณฉัตรชัยมีชื่ออย่างเป็นทางการในชื่ออนุญาโตตุลาการของ สถาบันอนุญาโตตุลาการ สำนักงานศาลยุติธรรม (ทีเอไอ), สถาบันอนุญาโตตุลาการ (ทีเอชเอซี)และศูนย์อนุญาโตตุลาการการค้าแห่งประเทศเวียดนาม (วีทีเอ)
3. Translations
We provide translation services between Thai and English.
We charge reasonable fee per page of the document to be translated unless its letters are tiny, which is to be agreed on the charge.
3. แปลเอกสาร
เราให้บริการด้านแปลเอกสารภาษาไทยเป็นอังกฤษ และ อังกฤษเป็นไทย
เราจะคิดค่าแปลที่เป็นกันเองต่อแผ่นเอกสารต้นฉบับที่จะต้องแปล ยกเว้น กรณีตัวอักษรมีลักษณะตัวเล็กมาก ซึ่งจะต้อง ตกลงในค่าบริการแปลกันต่างหาก
4. Notarial Services
The Lawyers Council under the Royal Patronage of Thailand has licensed us to provide a Notarial service. Fees for the Notarial Service are to be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.
4. การบริการด้านโนตารี
เรามีใบอนุญาตของสภาทนายความแห่งประเทศไทยในการให้บริการรับรองโนตารีให้กับเอกสารต่าง ๆ ค่าบริการการรับรองโนตารีนั้น เราจะตกลงกับลูกความเป็นกรณี ๆ ไป
5. Company Registration
We assist clients in preparing and filing necessary documents with the relevant authority to register a company officially. Legal fees for the registration will be advised.
5. จดทะเบียนบริษัท
เราจะให้ความช่วยเหลือลูกความในการตระเตรียมเอกสารต่าง ๆ ที่จำเป็น เพื่อ ยื่นต่อเจ้าพนักงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อจดทะเบียนบริษัทอย่างเป็นทางการ ราจะแจ้งอัตราค่าบริการดังกล่าวให้ทราบ
6. House, Land, or Condominium Registration
We assist clients in preparing and filing necessary documents with the relevant authority to officially register house, land, or condominium. Legal fees for the registration will be advised.
5. จดทะเบียนกรรมสิทธิ์บ้าน, ที่ดิน หรือ ห้องชุด ownership
เราจะให้ความช่วยเหลือลูกความในการตระเตรียมเอกสารต่าง ๆ ที่จำเป็น เพื่อ ยื่นต่อเจ้าพนักงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อจดทะเบียนกรรมสิทธิ์บ้าน, ที่ดิน หรือ ห้องชุด ownership. อย่างเป็นทางการ เราจะแจ้งอัตราค่าบริการดังกล่าวให้ทราบ

2. INDOCHINA DESK (VIETNAM, CAMBODIA & LAOS)
We provide legal assistance and advice on commercial matters and represent you in the litigation or arbitration cases in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos courts/venues in litigation matters. Our associated law firms in those countries will assist us.
3. JAPANESE DESK
We have Mr. Mitsuru Nishiuwatoko, a Special Counsel, to assist our Japanese clients in all kinds of legal problems, such as litigation and arbitration, and to provide legal advice on commercial, business, or taxation.
NOTE: Our clients are local and international, so we speak Thai and English.
